How do you work?
We perform our services on a service-for-fee basis, organized in projects. We take care of human and computational resources, supervision, quality control, versioning and planning, and support you from the design of your experiment to the interpreation of the data.
To start a project, please contact us before data collection, so that feedback on e.g. the experimental design can be taken into account. When your needs are clear and within our scope, you will receive a quote to be accepted by the Principle Investigator. Additional requests might require updating the original quote, or creating a new project. Our fees are based on costs, and highly reduced for both internal and external academic non-profit partners. Our mission is to provide quality support to help your research make a positive impact in the world. Please contact us to estimate costs and availability.

How can I request new services?
We are here to listen. We try to anticipate new challenges and developments, from technologies to research domains. If you have specific data processing needs not yet provided or anticipate a new technology, please contact the relevant divisions, or Stephen Whitmarsh.
